I collect my steps from previous serval months from Health, an iOS app. The data can be exported from an app called QS Access which can gain blood pressure, steps, and all the other data from iPhone. Also, the file comes with CVS file, so it is really useful to use those data. The following data visualization shows the graph of my steps.
Then, I think of an idea to make those data visualization to be dynamic, so I decide to create an installation to make an animation by using motor and Acrylic to create a running man figure. According to bar chart, it has a regular pattern that my steps increase significantly during the weekend! So the steps as input to control the speed of motor, representing that how many steps that I walk per day and how it increase in a week.
